Tuition Fee Guidelines

Adventure Academy Pre-School and Child Development Center's tuition rules:

• All tuition is due in advance of your child's care.
• Registration fee - $50/child or $75/family is due upon entry into the program.
• For new families - a holding fee equal to the first week's tuition is also due at the time of registration. This reserves your child's spot in our program until you decide to start with us. Without this fee, your spot is not reserved
• Weekly fees are charged on enrollment rather than attendance. No adjustments will be made for tuition based on daily absences, weather, holidays, illness, vacation, or other reasons.
• Weekly fees are due the Friday prior to the week of care and no later than Monday morning for the current week. There will be a late fee added to your bill if you have not paid by Wednesday of the current week. You will be charged a $10/day late fee for each day until payment is received. Payments may be made by cash or check and should be placed in the tuition envelope located at the front entrance. Receipts for payment will be placed in your tuition envelope. Receipts will have our Tax ID number for use with your childcare flexible spending account.
• No refunds will be given for time your child does not attend the center. A two-week written notice is required if you choose to withdraw your child from our program. Tuition is due for those two weeks whether or not your child is in attendance at the center.
• Late charge - there will be a late fee of $1/minute/child after the 6:00 pm pick-up time. No exceptions!
• Summer activity fee - a summer activity fee will be charged for the months of June, July, and August. This fee will vary dependent on the activities scheduled for your child's age group.
